Sarah Kalafos

Sarah is a proud multi-hyphenate artist and Maryland native. She grew up singing classic rock and country, dancing in her high-school's pep-rallies, and getting in trouble for making her classmates laugh at inopportune times. 

A recent graduate from The Boston Conservatory at Berklee College of Music, she earned her B.F.A. in musical theater with an emphasis in directing. Immediately following graduation, Sarah spent her summer dancing through the musical theater canon in Newsies, Chicago, and Legally Blonde at Interlakes Summer Theater.

During her first year in New York, she performed as an actor and dancer in Bakkhai, Death of a Salesman, and Antigone directed by Harry Brook (within Columbia University's graduate directing program led by Anne Bogart). ​​​​

Coming up, Sarah is making her New York directorial debut with This is Our Youth by Kenneth Lonergan March of 2026.​
